Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Management or Operations Management.
- Minimum 5 years of Management-level experience in a shopping mall, Retail, FMCG, or Supermarket environment.
- Strong background in inventory control systems (Reorder Point, Stock Audits, Asset Management).
- Excellent analytical skills for post-promotion evaluations and market price surveys.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and process-management capabilities.
- Knowledge of shopping center marketing and event management.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee daily operations to maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency while enforcing company SOPs.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, address their needs, and effectively lead, motivate, and manage the shopping center staff.
- Monitor Purchase, Stock, and Sale records.
- Implement and manage a Reorder Point system to optimize purchasing and eliminate over-stocking.
- Strictly enforce a Zero Expire Policy across all store items while keeping damage within acceptable thresholds.
- Design and execute clear clearance strategies for Slow-Moving and Nearly Expired items.
- Control operational costs, maximize revenue opportunities, and conduct regular market/pricing surveys to stay competitive.
- Prepare and present comprehensive Post-Promotion Analysis Reports after every marketing campaign to evaluate ROI and drive continuous sales growth.
- Track, maintain, and safeguard all shopping center Fixed Assets alongside general administrative operational compliance.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 6:00PM
Holidays: One day per week
