Job Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Administration, Insurance Operations, or Office Management is preferred.
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality
Job Descriptions
- နေ့စဉ် CI & Life Income စာရင်းများကို Excel ထဲတွင် စာရင်းထည့်ရန်။
- နေ့စဉ် CI & Life Sale Invoice များ သိမ်းဆည်းရန်။
- နေ့စဉ် CI & Life Income စာရင်းကို Accountant နှင့် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးပြီး မန်နေဂျာထံ report ပေးရန်။
- Insurance Company မှရလာသော Policy များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီးလက်ခံရယူခြင်း/ Policy Number / Policy Start Date / End Date များကို Excel ထဲသွင်းခြင်းများဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- လစဉ် Insurance Company အလိုက် Premium & Commission Amount စာရင်းများ တောင်းခံပြီး Accountant နှင့် စာရင်းတိုက်စစ်ရန်။
- Renewal List များကို ကြိုတင်ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး Sales Team နှင့် ညှိနှိုင်းကာ သက်တမ်းတိုးမှုများ အချိန်မီ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်အောင် ထောက်ပံ့ရန်။
- Income နှင့် Renewal များကို စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ထားပြီး အဆင့်ဆင့် Update ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
- Claim Report လစဉ်စာရင်းပြုစုရန်။
- ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် Uniform စီမံပေးရန်။
- ရုံးသုံးစာရေးကိရိယာများ/ သန့်ရှင်းရေးသုံးပစ္စည်းများ လစဉ်ဝယ်ယူပေးခြင်း နှင့် (၂၄ ) နာရီ အတွင်းအပြီးဝယ်၍ စာရင်းထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
- Administration နှင့် Compliance ဆိုင်ရာ Report, Documentation, Records များ ပြင်ဆင်ရန်။
- အထက်လူကြီးမှ အခါအားလျော်စွာပေးအပ်သော တာဝန်များလုပ်ဆောင်ရန်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
