Job Requirements
- Any graduate
- Must possess an Accounting Diploma (LCCI Level 3) or equivalent qualification.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant in Trading or related businesses.
- Must be proficient in using Advanced Accounting Software (SQL Accounting System).
- Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Formulas.
- Must be able to independently prepare and develop Financial Statements, including Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
Job Descriptions
- လချုပ်၊ နှစ်ချုပ် Balance Sheet နှင့် Profit and Loss (P&L) Statement များကို တိကျစွာ ရေးဆွဲပြုစုခြင်း။
- Trading လုပ်ငန်း၏ ကုန်ဝယ်စရိတ်၊ သယ်ယူစရိတ်နှင့် Profit Margin များကို သေချာစွာ တွက်ချက်စိစစ်ခြင်း။
- Bookkeeping & Software Management (စာရင်းရေးသွင်းခြင်း):
- နေ့စဉ် စာရင်းရေးသွင်းမှုများ၊ ဝင်ငွေ/ထွက်ငွေများကို Accounting Software နှင့် Excel နှစ်မျိုးစလုံးတွင် စနစ်တကျ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
- ရရန်ရှိ/ပေးရန်ရှိ (AR/AP) စာရင်းများကို ပုံမှန် စိစစ်စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
- Trading Stock စာရင်းများနှင့် စာရင်းအင်း လက်ကျန်များ မှန်/မမှန် တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း (Stock Reconciliation) ။
- ပြင်ပ စာရင်းစစ် (External Auditor) များ လာရောက်စစ်ဆေးချိန်တွင် လိုအပ်သည့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများနှင့် အချက်အလက်များ အဆင်သင့် ကူညီပံ့ပိုးပေးခြင်း။
