Job Description
- 1. Selling Tour Packages
Recommend and sell outbound travel packages based on customers’ needs and budgets. These packages typically include airfare, hotel accommodation, meals, tour guides, transportation, and sightseeing activities. - 2. Providing Visa and Travel Assistance
Assist customers with visa applications, passport requirements, and the preparation of necessary travel documents. Provide guidance on travel regulations and entry requirements for the destination country. - 3. Customer Consultation and Service
Understand customers’ travel preferences, budgets, and purposes of travel. Recommend suitable travel packages, answer inquiries, and provide professional travel advice to ensure customer satisfaction. - 4. Coordinating with Overseas Agents / DMCs
Communicate and coordinate with overseas travel agents and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to arrange hotels, airport transfers, local transportation, sightseeing tours, and other travel services. - 5. Managing Bookings and Reservations
Handle reservations for flights, hotels, tour packages, and other travel-related services. Ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately and communicate travel details to customers in a timely manner. - 6. Sales and Business Development
Promote travel packages through social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities. Develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales. - 7. Pre-Travel and Post-Travel Customer Support
Provide assistance before and during the trip by resolving travel-related issues. Collect customer feedback after the trip and use it to improve service quality and enhance future travel experiences.
Summary
An Outbound Tour Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling international travel packages, assisting customers with travel documentation and visa applications, coordinating with overseas partners, managing reservations, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the entire travel journey.
Job Requirement
- Must be graduated or Not.
- Must be minimum one-year experiences in tour industry.
- Must have passport.
- Can travel oversea freely.
- Good skill in Microsoft office.
- Can join immediate.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday (Half), Sundays & Public holidays
