Job Description

  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director (MD).
  • Manage the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks, projects, and communications on behalf of the MD Office.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, meeting minutes, business correspondence, and official documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the MD Office, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, business events, and management discussions.
  • Screen and manage incoming emails, phone calls, visitors, and correspondence for the MD Office.
  • Monitor deadlines, priorities, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Maintain systematic filing systems and accurate records for executive and administrative documents.
  • Support communication and coordination with local and international partners when required.
  • Provide professional support to ensure the MD Office operates efficiently and effectively.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administration, or related roles.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities professionally.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic are required.

Working hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
