Job Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 3 years experience in related field.
- Take over all departmental responsibility for the procurement function, including inbound shipment and
- Guide and provide procurement ( Oversea & Local supplier sourcing ) related strategic and operational support and guidance to the organization
- Fulfill the Compliance requirement while making vendor selection, tendering and contract preparation.
- Identify various saving opportunities by sourcing of the suppliers, network optimization, tendering and negotiations etc.
- Handling multiple vendors and sourcing from the most reliable and price efficient vendors.
- Research potential vendors for all business requirements and Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Develop and maintain necessary procurement ( Oversea & Local supplier sourcing ) tracking databases including but not limited to supplier’s database and implement management system of procurement contracts.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Drive and implement all activities, projects, negotiations and initiatives.
- Keep close relationship with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
- Prepare the daily/ weekly/ monthly report to GM or MD.
- Lead, coach, mentor and train the procurement team for smooth and efficient operation of the sourcing and purchasing function
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
