Job Description,
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Lead the development and launch of new products or enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Monitor product performance, sales data, and market feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Manage the product lifecycle including market positioning, pricing, promotional planning, and product retirement
- Provide training and support to sales teams and other internal stakeholders on product features, benefits, and positioning.
- Assist in the preparation of product presentations, sales forecasts, and budget planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all marketing activities.
Job Requirements
- Pharm/ M.B., B.S
- 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Field
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: 1st and 2nd Saturdays of the month are Off; 3rd and 4th Saturdays are Full Working Days. Sundays and Public Holidays are Off.
Benefits: Annual Bonus, Yearly Increment.
