Job Requirements
- Any graduate in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in telecom infrastructure or tower projects
- Experience in tower rectification, strengthening, or maintenance
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of telecom tower structures and equipment’s.
- Skilled in MS Office tools (Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel etc.)
- Understanding of HSE standards in telecom projects
Job Descriptions
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities for telecom tower rectification and CW works
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables across multiple sites
- Liaise with site engineers, rigging teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (reports, DPRs, work orders,)
- Support in scheduling site visits, inspections
- Identify project risks/delays and escalate issues to the Project Manager
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and work completion reports (WCR)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
