Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and construction supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Must have experience in swimming pool construction projects.
- Able to work independently and manage site operations effectively.
Job Descriptions
- Manage and supervise daily site operations to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee swimming pool construction works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment effectively at the project site.
- Review shop drawings, construction methods, and project documentation.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday and Public Holidays
