• Must hold a degree in B-Tech or B.E (Civil).
• Minimum of 3/5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Experience in overseeing residential housing and high-rise construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning and resource management.
• Able to coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and project teams effectively.
• Skilled in ensuring compliance with project designs, specifications, safety standards, and quality control processes.
• Proficient in preparing and presenting project progress reports.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday Only
