Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction materials field as a Sales & Marketing Manager.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High ethical standards and a strong teamwork spirit.
- Willingness to learn company products and services (training provided).
- Ability to travel as needed to meet customers and explore new markets
Job Descriptions
- To learn Products knowledge in details and develop to exceed sales target projection
- Coaching to Sales & Marketing Department staffs to reach professional team
- To introduce our company profile and products via power point presentation to all new/old construction and architects
- To train to the Sales & Marketing Staffs to be smart and to be professional
- To search customer needs and wants in nationwide and fulfill to achieve their satisfactory
- To support and coordinate with Assistant Sales & Marketing manager to get more wider market share in the nation wide
- To support Sales & Marketing team, to achieve sales goal of target projection
- To conduct Sales & Marketing and Operation meeting in daily to check project progress
- To go and check daily in ultimate follow up to achieve sales/project to get more better services
- To services customer complains for all sales and project
- To report sales/marketing plan on monthly on overview after sales for all project
- To expend and success of the business strategy to implement enable to the target sales achievement in widely market developing in local
- To research similar products and competitor’s products awareness in local market and to inform management team quarterly
- Coordination with Management to achieve sales goal in monthly, quarterly and yearly
- To report to Management in every week for daily market, follow up and report by sales team
- To support to Management for annual budgeting for sales, project review and planning for sales coverage in market
- To support and inform to Management for competitor’s products conditions and planning for getting own sales
- To implement to develop forecast financial objectives and business plan with the supporting of the management
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Sunday & Public Holiday
