Job Requirements
• Must hold a degree in B-Tech or B.E (Civil).
• Minimum of 4/5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Experience in overseeing residential housing, high-rise construction projects, and interior decoration projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning and resource management.
• Able to coordinate and manage subcontractors, workers, and project teams effectively.
• Skilled in ensuring compliance with project designs, specifications, safety standards, and quality control processes.
• Proficient in preparing and presenting project progress reports.
• Must be willing to travel and work on-site as required.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
