Job Requirements
- Any graduate (Business, Supply Chain or related field)
- At least 2 years’ experience in seafood purchasing / jetty buying
- Good knowledge of seafood types and quality standards
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Able to work early morning and in outdoor environments and market visits
- Knowledge of seafood or FMCG is an advantage
- Willing to travel (jetty/site visits)
Job Descriptions
- Monitor daily seafood prices at jetty and local markets
- Purchase fresh seafood directly from suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and owners
- Inspect seafood quality, freshness, and hygiene standards before purchase
- Negotiate prices to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Arrange transportation and ensure timely delivery to factory
- Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams
- Maintain daily purchase records and reports
Working Hours: 8:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holidays
