Job Descriptions
- စားသောက်ဆိုင်များ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်တာများကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။
- Outlet Managers နှင့် ဝန်ထမ်းများကို ဦးဆောင်၊ လေ့ကျင့်ပေးခြင်း။
- အရောင်း၊ အလုပ်သမားကုန်ကျစရိတ်၊ အစားအသောက်ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ထိန်းချုပ်ခြင်း။
- Customer Service အရည်အသွေးနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းစံနှုန်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- အရောင်းတိုးတက်စေရန် Promotion နှင့် Upselling Strategy များ အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
- Customer Complaint များကို ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
- ဝန်ထမ်းခန့်အပ်ခြင်း၊ လေ့ကျင့်ပေးခြင်းနှင့် Team Development ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- လုပ်ငန်းတိုးချဲ့ရေးနှင့် အရောင်းမြှင့်တင်ရေးအစီအစဉ်များတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Job Requirements
- F&B လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၅) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် ရှိရမည်။
- Leadership နှင့် Team Management Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Communication Skill နှင့် Problem-Solving Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Cost Control နှင့် Business Operations ကို နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Customer Service ကို အထူးအလေးထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်ဖိအားများသော ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်တွင် တာဝန်ယူလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Must possess a valid Passport.
- Ability to travel abroad.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 7:30 PM
