Job Requirements
• B.Sc(IC) (Food Science/Chemistry / Microbiology) သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• စားသောက်ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်း QA/QC တွင် အနည်းဆုံး၂ နှစ်မှ ၃ နှစ်အထိအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 စနစ်များ နားလည်ပြီး လက်တွေ့အသုံးချနိုင်သူ
• Document Control, Record Keeping, Audit Preparation လုပ်ငန်းများကို စနစ်တကျ
ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ
• အသေးစိတ်ဂရုပြုသူ၊ တိကျသေချာသူ၊အဖွဲ့လိုက်အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်သူ၊ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းနိုင်သူ
Job Descriptions
• QA System (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းပြီးအကောင်အထည်ဖော်
ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
• Production, Warehouse, QC စတဲ့ဌာနများနဲ့ ပူးပေါင်းပြီး အရည်အသွေးနှင့် လုံခြုံမှုစံချိန်များ တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း
• QA documentation (records, SOPs, checklists) များ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
• Internal audits ပြုလုပ်ပြီး ပြသနာတွေ့ရှိပါက Corrective / Preventive Action (CAPA) အတွက် အစီအမံချခြင်း
• Supplier Evaluation & Raw Material Approval စနစ်များ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
• Customer complaints များ လေ့လာသုံးသပ်ပြီး Root Cause Analysis ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း
• Hygiene & Sanitation Program ကို စောင့်ကြည့် သုံးသပ်ခြင်း
• QA report များပြုစုပြီး QA/QC Manager သို့ တင်ပြခြင်း
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday (half day),Sunday & Public Holiday
