Job Description
- Develop and implement localized marketing plans and promotional programs, manage budget allocation, and ensure all strategies align with the brand’s overall regional goals and business unit strategies.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing activities for new mobile product launches, utilizing deep user insights, product positioning, and thorough competitor analysis.
- Connect with local media networks and advertising agencies within the region to track task execution.
- Collaborate directly with Headquarters (HQ) to align digital media and public relations resources.
- Oversee social media platform operations and execute precise digital advertising placements while monitoring and optimizing KPIs. Integrate ERP tools and online influencer (KOL) resources to maximize brand reputation and build strong local media networks.
Job Requirements
- Over 5 years of proven experience in market integration and digital marketing. Experience in the mobile, smartphone, or consumer electronics industry is highly preferred.
- Regional Coverage ; ase in Myanmar, ability and willingness to travel frequently to Cambodia and Laos to manage local marketing initiatives and oversee execution.
- English: Excellent professional proficiency (Strong 4 skills) is required for daily cross-border collaboration.
- Chinese: Strong proficiency (Good 4 skills) is highly preferred for seamless communication with Headquarters.
- Outstanding operational planning and execution capabilities. Familiarity with overseas digital user experiences, high stress tolerance, a strong sense of responsibility, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday(Need to attend first and last Saturday of monthly)
