We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Manager to oversee and coordinate the company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Management System from the Head Office. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, legal regulations, and international standards while providing SHE support to project sites.
Job Descriptions
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s SHE Management System.
- Ensure compliance with SHE legislation, ISO Standard and client requirements.
- Prepare and update SHE policies, procedures, manuals, and documentation.
- Review risk assessments, method statements, and Permit-to-Work procedures.
- Monitor HSE performance and prepare monthly reports and KPI analyses.
- Coordinate incident investigations and monitor corrective actions.
- Plan and conduct SHE training, inductions, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate internal and external SHE audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support project sites with SHE guidance and compliance monitoring.
- Monitor contractor SHE performance and promote continuous improvement.
Job Requirements,
- Bachelor’s Degree, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Certificate, or a related field.
- OPITO certification is an advantage.
- ISO Internal Auditor certification preferred.
- First Aid and Fire Fighting certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of SHE experiences in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, or Industrial projects and including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- SHE Management Systems.
- Risk Assessment (RA/JSA/JC).
- Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
- SHE Auditing and Regulatory Compliance.
- SHE Reporting and KPI Analysis.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
- Primarily based at the Head Office.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
