Job Requirements
- Any graduate, male or female
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field of Shipping & Logistics Industry
- Industry knowledge of import/export international logistics and strong understanding of NVOCC role
- Strong Communication skills with business related knowledge
- Exceptional Interpersonal & Communication skills
- Able to work multi-tasks and maintain high level of accuracy
- Good command spoken English Language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for managing the staff & clients, for streamlined reporting the management and for the growth of the staff and the company P&L
- Responsible for fostering teamwork and productivity through strong leadership and guidance
- Having a good relationship with shipping and airline carriers
- Conducting regular meetings with team members to evaluate their performance and to find out the difficulties they encounter
- Assist and lead sales team for marketing and pricing strategy
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
- Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining & developing existing accounts.
- Achieving the sales target set by the management.
- Selling freight and logistics services to clients
- Proactively managing exceptional issues and providing solutions.
- Communicating information timely and accurately.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Sat (Half), Sunday and Public Holiday
