Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Job Descriptions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for International Freight Forwarding services.
- Promote Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, Transportation, and Supply Chain solutions to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Track inquiries, calls, visits, and CRM data to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Provide timely, accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Follow SOPs, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support organizational quality standards.
- Follow safety policies, report hazards/incidents, and participate in risk assessments.
- Ensure timely debt collection, manage credit approvals, and coordinate with debt collectors.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
