Job Requirements

• Any graduated & Diploma in sales & marketing management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property sales (condo/apartment experience preferred)
• Previously worked with a real estate company or developer.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiar with sales documentation and legal procedures (booking forms, contracts, etc.)
• Fluent in Burmese; English is a bonus.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Job Descriptions

• Expert in Project Knowledge
• Find the prospective sales channel or customer to increase sales opportunities
• Record Daily walk-in Prospect Data and handle sales on onsite assigned date
• Present needful Project information to walk-in customers during onsite duty.
• Co-ordinate with Area Manager for customer requirements as per Sales Contract.
• Co-ordinate with AREA Manager on individual sales promotion events.
• Responsible for managing the sales team to meet agreed target set by Head Of Sales & Marketing .
• Identify, Optimize and deliver profitable in Projects Sales.
• Budget Plan, Prepared, Do Clearance, Check and Balance on team A’s member budget requirements.
• Manage the Team A’s administration function with HOD’s
• Making accurate and rapid cost calculation and providing customers with proper proposal after getting approval from HOD
• Negotiating the term of agreements, negotiating on price, specification and closing sales after getting approval from HOD
• Follow the instructions of HOD regarding Team A ‘s Sales related matters. GLD/DOLLY GLD/S&M [Type here]
• Get written Approval from HODs for all team member Expense Budget Process and Budget Plan.
• Resolving any clients or customers issues in a precise manner after getting approval and instruction from HOD.
• Researching market information and report back to Head of Sales & Marketing.
• Co-ordinate with Area Manager for customer requirements as per Sales Contract.
• Represent the company at Trade Exhibition, Promotion Events , ect
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed target set by Head of Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure all the Team-A’s Member Activities are in accordance with the guideline of Company Code of Conduct.
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with college.
• Develop the Annual Sales Promotion Plan and consult with HOD in promotion strategy for Sales Promotion Program.
• Provide sales training accordingly so that the team can possess sufficient knowledge to do sales presentation effectively and efficiently.
