We are seeking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to our Chinese Desk. Drive growth by securing major accounts, managing corporate clients, and using fluent Mandarin to streamline shipping operations.
Job Descriptions
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs and concerns.
- Present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports to the management team.
- Follow up with customers post-booking confirmation, coordinating with the operation team.
- Share booking confirmations with Customer Service through internal folders in Excel format.
- Track and trace shipments from origin to delivery, resolving customer and operational issues.
- Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Head of Department using Excel.
- Conduct daily marketing meetings with the Head of Department.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Job Requirements
- University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Shipping.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (Speak, Read, Write) and English.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and sales techniques.
- Intermediate computer/Excel skills and holds a valid Driving License.
- Age: Around 25 years old (not older than).
- Willingness to travel; border logistics experience is a plus.
Working Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
