Job Description
• ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Sales & Marketing မဟာဗျူဟာများ ရေးဆွဲခြင်း။
• လစဉ်၊ သုံးလပတ်၊ နှစ်စဉ် အရောင်း Target သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း။
• Sales Team နှင့် Marketing Team ကို ဦးဆောင်၊ လမ်းညွှန်၊ စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
• အပတ်စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် Sales/Marketing Plan ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
• Market Research ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Customer လိုအပ်ချက်၊ ပြိုင်ဘက်များနှင့် စျေးကွက်လမ်းကြောင်းများကို လေ့လာခြင်း။
• Product Promotion, Campaign, Advertising နှင့် Digital Marketing လုပ်ငန်းများ စီမံခြင်း။Customer အသစ်များနှင့် Business Opportunity အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း။
• အဓိက Customer များနှင့် ဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်အောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
• Sales Pipeline၊ Revenue Forecast နှင့် Marketing Budget ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။
• Sales Target နှင့် Team Performance ကို တိုင်းတာသုံးသပ်ခြင်း။Management သို့ Sales နှင့် Marketing Report များ တင်ပြခြင်း။
Job Requirement
• တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှဘွဲ့တစ်ခုရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Business Administration သို့မဟုတ် Marketing ဘွဲ့ရှိသူက ပိုမိုသင့်တော်သည်။
• Sales & Marketing လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၃–၅ နှစ်ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Manager သို့မဟုတ် Team Leader အဖြစ် ဦးဆောင်မှုအတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Sales Target သတ်မှတ်ခြင်းနှင့် အရောင်းရလဒ် တိုးတက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Market Research နှင့် Competitor Analysis ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Facebook, TikTok, Google နှင့် အခြား Digital Marketing အကြောင်း နားလည်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Communication Skill နှင့် Negotiation ကောင်းမွန်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Team Management နှင့် Problem-Solving Skill ရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
• Microsoft Office၊ Excel နှင့် Sales Report ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
