Job Descriptions
- လစဉ် Sales Target များနှင့် KPI များကို ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
- Customer များဖြင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
- အရည်အသွေးမြင့် Customer Service ပေးပြီး Customer Satisfaction ရရှိစေရန်။
- Protein Product များကို Customer များနှင့် Business Partner များထံ မိတ်ဆက်ရောင်းချဖြန့်ချီရန်။
- Customer အသစ်များကို ရှာဖွေကာ Sales Opportunity များ တိုးချဲ့ရန်။
- Sales Report များကို ပြုစုတင်ပြပြီး Company Sales Plan အတိုင်း အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ရန်။
- Company ၏ Sales Growth နှင့် ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို အောင်မြင်စေရန် တက်ကြွစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်ဝင်တန်းအောင်မြင်ထားသူ / တက္ကသိုလ်မှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
- အသက်(18 – 25) အတွင်းရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အတွေ့အကြုံ (၁)နှစ် အထက်ရှိရမည်။
- လူအများနှင့် ဆက်ဆံပြောဆိုရခြင်းကို နှစ်သက်သူ။
- အားကစားနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ထုတ်ကုန်များကို စိတ်ဝင်စားသူ။
- တက်ကြွမှုရှိသူ၊ စိတ်ရှည်သူ၊ တာဝန်ယူတတ်သူ၊ စည်းကမ်းလိုက်နာသူနှင့် အကောင်းမြင်စိတ်ရှိသူ။
- Sales Skill၊ Communication Skill နှင့် Negotiation Skill ကောင်းမွန်မှုရှိသူ။
- ဖိအားအောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Target များကို အောင်မြင်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ။
- Sales လုပ်ငန်းအတွက် ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်သူ။
- Teamwork စိတ်ဓာတ်ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
