Job Requirements
- တက္ကသိုလ်တစ်ခုခုမှ ဘွဲ့ရရှိပြီးသူ (သို့မဟုတ်) ပညာရေးကိစ္စများ ကင်းရှင်းပြီးသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Hotel Sales & Marketing (သို့မဟုတ်) Front Office ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး ၂ နှစ် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Contracts, Packages နှင့် Booking Process များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ နားလည်ပြီး Handle လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Customer Service & Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Word, Excel နှင့် Email များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံရေးကောင်းမွန်ပြီး စိတ်ရှည်သည်းခံနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Teamwork ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး အဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ ခရီးသွားလာနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Hotel ၏ Sales & Reservation လုပ်ငန်းများကို တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Customer များ၏ Booking / Reservation များကို စနစ်တကျ Handle လုပ်ခြင်း။
- Contracts & Packages များနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Customer များနှင့် Business Partners များအား ကောင်းမွန်သော Customer Service ပေးခြင်း။
- Hotel ၏ Room / Package / Service များကို Customer များထံ ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြခြင်း။
- Sales & Reservation နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Email Correspondence နှင့် Documentation များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ Sales Activities များတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
Working Hours: 8 Hours per day. (Shift Rotate)
Holidays: One day per week
