Job Requirements
- အသက် (၂၅) မှ (၄၀) အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့) အခြေခံပညာအထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Sales & Marketing Diploma တစ်ခုခု ကိုင်ဆောင်ထားသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Computer Basic အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ၊ အသင်းအဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- FMCG ပိုင်းတွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ ၁ နှစ်အထက်ရှိရမည်။
Job Description
- မိမိ Channel ၏ လစဉ်အရောင်း Target များ ပြည့်မှီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- မိမိ Team အပေါ် Planning, Management, Operation, Motivation တို့ဖြင့် ကောင်းစွာ ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- နယ်မြို့များသို့ သွားရောက်ပြီး ဈေးကွက်ရှာဖွေရောင်းချခြင်းနှင့် ဈေးကွက်ခိုင်မာအောင် တည်ဆောက်ခြင်းတို့ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- နယ်မြို့များသို့ သွားရောက်ပြီး Sub-Distributors များ ရှာဖွေခန့်အပ်ခြင်း၊ နယ်မြေခံ Sales Representative များ ရွေးချယ်ခန့်အပ်ခြင်းတို့ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
- SD Dealing Skills ကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး SR များအား Management နှင့် Leading ကောင်းစွာ ပြုလုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- SD Channel အတွက် Sales & Marketing Plan များ ထိရောက်အောင်မြင်မှုရှိအောင် ရေးဆွဲချမှတ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
