Job Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: B. Med. Tech (Laboratory) or M. B; B. S or Nurse or B. Pharm or Medical Background.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a related field with marketing experience (medical marketing experience is preferred).
- Strong proficiency in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, presentation, etc.).
- Strong communication, time management, and cooperation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Flexibility to travel as required
Job Descriptions
- Ensure to get the tender information via newspaper, competitor’s and regular clients.
- Prepare purchased tender invitation form.
- Prepare documents for tender submission (FDA, Company license & profile and other required documents).
- Handle tender submission process, tender contract signing process and attend tender meeting.
- Handle delivery process, collection process (Regular & Tender), payment order (PO) and performance Guarantee (PG).
- Cooperate & follow up ISO 9001 standard and Procedure for Medical MKT Division.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.
Working Hours : 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Holidays : Saturday (Half), Sunday and Gazette Holidays
