Job Descriptions
- Overseeing daily corporate accounting operations, including the precise management of the General Ledger (GL),
- Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) sub-ledgers.
- Preparing highly accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, closing journals, and management reports.
- Conducting complex balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany account matchings, and systematically investigating and resolving financial discrepancies.
- Directly assisting in external and internal financial audits, preparing statutory schedules, and ensuring full compliance with corporate tax regulations (including commercial tax, income tax, and withholding tax filings).
- Recommending, implementing, and continually improving accounting internal controls, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and automated system workflows to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Professional accounting milestones (such as being part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA or CPA) are highly advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years of solid, progressive experience in corporate accounting or financial operations, with a proven track record of handling full-set accounting workflows.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
