Job Requirements
- B. Com (or) Any Graduate with CPA (or) ACCA Part 2 is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and cost accounting relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Solid understanding of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency with accounting software, advanced spreadsheets, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise, and develop an accounting team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
Job Descriptions
- Financial Reporting & Accounting: Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; supervise daily bookkeeping and review general ledgers and journal entries.
- Financial Management: Monitor business cash flow; handle corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Cost Accounting & Inventory Control: Oversee cost accounting for manufacturing operations; accurately record and manage production costs and inventory values.
- Compliance & Auditing: Implement and maintain internal controls; ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and laws; coordinate directly with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead, mentor, and set performance goals for the accounting team; continuously improve internal accounting processes and systems.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with management to provide financial insights and support strategic and operational decision-making.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
