Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance (Prefer CPA Part 1 or ACCA Part 1).
- Age between 25 to 40 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
- Expertise working with SQL accounting software and financial statements.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a new company setup.
Job Description
- Record daily accounting operations (Cash, AP, AR, Journal, and GL Control).
- Maintain, check, and analyze the cash book, expenses.
- Lead Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end closing processes.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Manual/SQL Reports).
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with tax rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director (MD).
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
