Job Requirement
• HRနှင့်ပတ်သတ်သော Document File များကိုစနစ်တကျထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ရမည်။
• Daily Attendance, Leave, Late, OT ပိုင်းအား တိတိကျကျ လုပ်ကိုင်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
• အနည်းဆုံးလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ တစ်နှစ် သို့မဟုတ် နှစ်နှစ်
Job Descriptions
• သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနမှ Manpower Budget အတိုင်း သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် ဝန်ထမ်းလိုအပ်ချက်ကို အရင်စစ်ရမည်။
• လူခန့်ရန်အတွက် Employee Request Form တွင် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနမှုး လက်မှတ်နှင့်တကွ Form ဖြည့်ရမည်။ လက်မှတ်တောင်းရမည်။
• လိုအပ်သော Job Requirement များကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဌာနမှူးဆီကတောင်းရမည်။ မိမိကိုယ်တိုင်လဲ Job Requirement များရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
• CV Forms များရှာရမည်။
• ဝန်ထမ်းရှာဖွေရာတွင် လိုအပ်ပါက Agency နှင့်ချိတ်ဆက်၍ ဝန်ထမ်းရှာဖွေရမည်။
• CV များရရှိပါက – Interview ချိန်းရမည်။
• Interview ကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနမှူးနှင့် အတူပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
• Interview ထားသော သူများထဲမှ သင့်တော်သော ဝန်ထမ်းတွေ့ပါက အလုပ်ခန့်ရန် ရာထူး,လစာ, Join Date interview comments , ဝန်ထမ်းတောင်းခံလွှာနှင့်တကွ Department Head , BOD လက်မှတ်တောင်းရမည်။
• လက်မှတ်ရပြီးသော ဝန်ထမ်းအား လိုအပ်ပါက ဆေးစစ်ခြင်းကိုပြုလုပ်ရမည်။
