Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) is required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail merchandising or related field.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Solid understanding of inventory control and pharmacy retail dynamics.
Job Descriptions
- Manage product assortments, monitor stock levels, and oversee the replenishment process.
- Strictly manage expiry dates and coordinate exchange processes with the inventory team.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers/distributors.
- Conduct competitor price surveys and market trend analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
- Analyze sales data to identify fast-moving items and prepare comprehensive merchandising reports.
- Implement in-store display plans (Light Box, Countertop, Smart TV display planning).
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and new product listings.
- Facilitate stock transfers between branches.
- Support the Digital Marketing team with promotional activities.
- Provide necessary product/merchandising support to the training team and part-time pharmacists.
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
