Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဆေးဝါး (သို့) လူသုံးကုန် Purchasing / Procurement ပိုင်းတွင်အတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး (၄)နှစ်ခန့်ရှိရမည် ။
- Negotiation Skill နှင့် Communication Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Email အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- ERP Software အသုံးပြုဖူးသူ ဦးစားပေးပါမည်။
- Supplier Management နှင့် Inventory Control အကြောင်း နားလည်ရမည်။
- Teamwork ဖြင့်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး Time Management ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Supplier အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း နှင့် ရှိပြီးသား Supplier များနှင့် relationship ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
- Supplier များနှင့် Price ၊Quality ၊ Delivery Schedule နှင့် Terms & Conditions များ ညှိနှိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
- Purchase Order (PO) များ Manage လုပ်ခြင်း နှင့် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
- Cost Control နှင့် Budget ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
- Stock လက်ကျန်များကို စစ်ဆေးပြီး လိုအပ်ချက်များအား ကြိုတင်စီစဉ်ဝယ်ယူခြင်း
- Inventory / Warehouse / Finance Department များနှင့် Coordination လုပ်ခြင်း
- Purchasing Team အား Manage လုပ်ကာ Company မှလိုအပ်သော Product များအချိန်မှီ ဝယ်ယူနိုင်အောင် စီမံခြင်း
- Monthly Procurement Report များ ပြင်ဆင်တင်ပြခြင်း
- ဆေးဝါး ဝယ်ယူရေးပိုင်း နှင့် ဆေးဝါး background တွင်တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ဖူးသူများ ဦးစားပေးပါမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
