Job Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech / AGTI (Civil) သို့မဟုတ် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Engineering ဘွဲ့ရရှိသူ
- Construction / Telecom Project တွင် QS အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး
- 5 Years Experience ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေး
- BOQ, Quantity Take-off, Cost Estimation & Progress Claim ပိုင်း ကောင်းစွာနားလည်သူ
- AutoCAD & Microsoft Excel ကောင်းစွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်
- Drawing, SOW နှင့် Contract Documents များကို နားလည်နိုင်ရမည်
- Site Measurement / Site Survey ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
- Negotiation & Communication Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်
- Teamwork ဖြင့် လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်
Job Descriptions
- Approved Drawings, BOQ နှင့် SOW များအပေါ် အခြေခံ၍ Quantity Take-off & BOQ များ ပြုစုရန်
- Project အတွက် လိုအပ်သော Material & Quantity များကို တွက်ချက်ရန်
- Project Cost နှင့် Budget Control များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ရန်
- Site Measurement များ ပြုလုပ်ပြီး Progress Claim များ ပြင်ဆင်ရန်
- Contractor / Sub-contractor များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းတိုးတက်မှုနှင့် Quantity များကို စစ်ဆေးရန်
- Variation Order (VO) များကို တွက်ချက်ပြုစုရန်
- Vendor / Supplier များ၏ Quotation များကို နှိုင်းယှဉ်စစ်ဆေးရန်
- Material Cost နှင့် Construction Cost များကို စိစစ်ပြီး Cost Optimization ပြုလုပ်ရန်
- Project အတွင်း အသုံးပြုထားသော Material နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းပြီးစီးမှု Quantity များကို စစ်ဆေးရန်
- Monthly / Weekly Cost & Quantity Reports များ ပြုစုတင်ပြရန်
- Engineering, Procurement, Finance နှင့် Site Team များနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
- Contract Documents, Drawings နှင့် Specifications များကို စနစ်တကျ စစ်ဆေးသိမ်းဆည်းရန်
- Project Manager / APM မှ ပေးအပ်သော သက်ဆိုင်ရာတာဝန်များကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
