Job Descriptions
• Supervise daily on-site interior decoration and construction activities.
• Ensure work aligns with design drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor material quality and installation standards.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide technical solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Maintain accurate site reports and progress updates.
• Guide and mentor Site Engineers and junior staff to achieve project goals.
Job Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, especially in managing interior decoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishing, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical plans.
• Excellent problem-solving and on-site decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and coordination with designers, contractors, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and project scheduling tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays : Sunday and Public Holidays
Benefit : OT+ Other Allowance
