Job Descriptions
- Any Degree with related certificate or diploma.
- At least 5 years related in related field. (Egs.G&G/ABC Convenience Store/City Mart/Orange/Pro One).
- Excellent orientation ability.
- Staff management experience (retention and drive for results).
- Experience with sales and meeting personal goals.
- Make-up oriented.
- Passion to grow with the brand.
- Must be good in training ability, customer service.
Job Requirements
- Day-to-Day management of the store and staff.
- Hold training sessions and guide the team.
- Supply and inventory follow-ups and re-stocking driving sales promotion and meeting sales targets.
- Managing the shop’s revenue.
- Managing the shop’s back office.
- Working with the brand headquarters.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Holidays: One day per weeks
