Job Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- 2 years of store supervision or sales experience, preferably in building materials or hardware retail.
- Basic knowledge of building materials, hardware, and construction supplies.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) with good organizational skills to maintain stock records and daily sales reports.
- Strong team management skills and excellent communication to handle contractors and walk-in clients.
Job Descriptions
- Set daily and monthly sales targets for the sales team.
- Monitor actual sales versus target.
- Ensure quotations are prepared accurately and quickly.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and potential customers.
- Monitor contractor and project sales.
- Organize promotions with management approval.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the shop.
- Ensure the store opens and closes on schedule.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, attractive, and properly stocked.
- Maintain a professional environment consistent with the Future Star brand.
- Make sure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Report important operational issues to management/CEO promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors.
- Coordinate product availability and delivery.
- Assign daily duties and sales performance of the staff.
- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, appearance and behavior.
- Product Knowledge and Sales Training.
- Marketing Support.
- Inventory Management.
- Pricing and Discount Control.
- Ensure all sales are properly recorded.
- Check daily cash closing.
- Purchasing and Supplier Coordination.
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday Only per week
