Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum [2–5] years of site experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
- Check reinforcement, formwork, concrete works, and finishing works before execution.
- Ensure proper setting-out and level checking.
- Manage material usage and reduce wastage.
- Enforce site safety regulations.
- Resolve technical issues and report to the Project Manager.
Working Hours: 8:30AM-5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday Only
