Job Requirement
- E (Civil) သို့မဟုတ် B.Tech (Civil Engineering) ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ။
- Minimum 5–8 years အတွေ့အကြုံရှိပြီး Industrial Factory Construction Project များတွင် လုပ်ကိုင်ဖူးသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Structural Steel နှင့် Reinforced Concrete Structure များတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Ball Mill, Cement Plant, Mining Plant သို့မဟုတ် Heavy Industrial Project အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ပိုမိုဦးစားပေးမည်။
- အသက် 28 မှ 45 နှစ် အတွင်းဖြစ်ရမည်။
- AutoCAD ကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။ Microsoft Excel, Word, Project တို့ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
- BOQ, Quantity Survey နှင့် Material Control ကို နားလည်ရမည်။
- Structural Drawing နှင့် Shop Drawing များကို ကောင်းစွာဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Good communication နှင့် Team Leadership Skills ရှိရမည်။
- Pressure အောက်တွင် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ပြီး Project Schedule ကို လိုက်မီအောင် စီမံနိုင်ရမည်။
- Full-time Site Assignment ဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Weekend သို့မဟုတ် OT လိုအပ်ပါက ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Safety Awareness ကောင်းမွန်ပြီး Site Rules များကို တိကျစွာလိုက်နာနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Descriptions
- Ball Mill Factory အတွက် Structural Steel နှင့် Reinforced Concrete (RC) အဆောက်အဦများ၏ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းများကို Site တွင် ကြီးကြပ်စီမံရန်။
- Structural Drawing, Shop Drawing နှင့် Method Statement များကို စစ်ဆေးအတည်ပြုရန်။
- Contractor များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းအရည်အသွေး၊ Safety နှင့် Progress ကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးရန်။
- Reinforcement, Formwork, Concrete Casting နှင့် Structural Steel Erection များကို Inspection ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
- Daily / Weekly Progress Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြရန်။
- BOQ, Quantity Take-off နှင့် Material Requirement များကို စစ်ဆေးနိုင်ရမည်။
- Consultant, Client နှင့် Subcontractor များနှင့် Coordination ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Site QA/QC နှင့် HSE Requirements များကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
