Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum [3–5] years of experience in utility systems maintenance in an industrial/factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and water systems.
- Experience with chillers, cooling towers, compressors, and generators is required.
- Familiar with PLC, VFD, and BMS systems (preferred).
- Ability to read technical drawings and system schematics.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Willing to work shifts or standby for emergency support.
Job Descriptions
- Operate, monitor, and maintain all utility systems in the factory.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for utility equipment.
- Ensure continuous operation of the following systems:
Chiller systems (chillers, chilled water pumps, condenser pumps)
Cooling towers and chemical treatment systems
HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, ventilation & exhaust systems)
Air compressor systems and compressed air piping
Power systems (transformers, MV/LV switchgear, MSB, DB panels)
Diesel generators and backup power systems
Water supply systems (transfer pumps, booster pumps, tanks)
Sewage treatment plant (STP) and drainage systems - Monitor system parameters (temperature, pressure, flow, voltage, current, etc.) and ensure they are within operating limits.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
- Respond quickly to utility breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists and logs.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and servicing.
- Ensure proper chemical dosing and water treatment for cooling towers and STP.
- Maintain spare parts inventory for critical utility equipment.
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new utility systems.
- Implement energy-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
