Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar job (like Visa Officer or Counselor) at a study abroad
agency. - Must be very careful and pay excellent attention to details.
- Must be able to analyze documents and find issues.
- Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
- Good computer skills, especially with visa websites and Microsoft Office
Job Description
- Give clear advice to students about visa rules and how to apply for different countries (like the
USA, UK, Canada, EU). - Create a personal list of required documents and a step-by-step plan for each student’s visa
application. - Keep track of application deadlines for many students to make sure everything is submitted on
time. - Carefully check all student documents (like bank statements, offer letters, and academic
records) for mistakes or problems. - Help students write strong letters and statements for their visa application.
- Fill out the online visa application forms correctly for students.
- Practice visa interviews with students.
- Stay updated on any new changes to visa and immigration rules for different countries.
- Follow all laws and ethical guidelines to ensure applications are honest and correct.
- Contact embassies or visa offices if there is a problem or to check on an application’s status.
- Keep clear records of each student’s application status.
- Work with education consultants to advise students on the best programs and countries for a
successful visa
Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 4: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Half), Sunday & Public Holiday
