Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in FMCG wholesale or distribution.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations and stock management.
Experience using ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory software.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Lead, motivate and manage warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation and proper documentation.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain warehouse organization following FIFO principles.
Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, workplace safety and housekeeping.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Finance teams to support smooth business operations.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly warehouse performance and inventory reports.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvements in warehouse productivity, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 6: 00P.M
Holiday : A day per week
