Job Requirements

Any Graduate.
Above 2 years’ experience at warehouse supervisor role.
Excellent in computer skill
Strond knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, warehouse process, control and outsource labor.
Strong experience in Agri Products warehouse management (e.g – Rice, Maize, Bean)
Excellent in leadership skill, team work skill and communication skill.

Job Descriptions

To check and confirm daily arrival product quality with purchase order/contract
To check and confirm the arrival/issue truck weighting before unstuffing and stuffing time.
To check and confirm the requirement document/sale order before cargo issue
To check and confirm the QC pass/standard inspection pass before receiving.
To confirm the require document complete at receiving, issuing (GRN, DO, Sale Order, QC Pass, Stock report).
Weekly stock count and checking for moving product.
Monthly stock count and checking for all warehouse stock report and Company fixed assets.
Regular check for warehouse storage condition, lose and damage, maintenance require.
To control of daily warehouse expenses and claim back to Finance.
Daily warehouse report to Operation Manager.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holidays
