Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least LCCI-III (UK-Pass), Advance Excel & ERP software.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience and preferable with internal audit experience.
- Knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles and procedures.
- Can work under pressure.
- Must be good communication with other departments.
- Must be good handle by relevant duties.
- Strong Computer using and Internet/Email.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Financial Department မှ ငွေ အဝင် / အထွက် စာရင်းများစစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့်တွေရှိချက်အားReportတင်ခြင်း။
- (Software, Cash book, Bank) Daily Sale & Receivable စာရင်းများစစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့်တွေရှိချက်အားReportတင်ခြင်း။
- (Software, Receivable A/C’စာရင်း, Customer) Receivable စာရင်းများအား Customer ထံမှ အတည်ပြုချက် ယူခြင်း နှင့်တွေရှိချက်အားReportတင်ခြင်း။
- Finance & Account Department မှ ပြုစုထားသော စာရင်းများအားစစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့်တွေရှိချက်အားReportတင်ခြင်း။
- Inventory များအား Ground Check စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့်တွေရှိချက်အားReportတင်ခြင်း။
- Own Counter, branches များအား Auditing principles and procedures သွားရောက် စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့်တွေရှိချက်အားReportတင်ခြင်း။
- ဌာနအတွင်းစစ်ဆေးမှုအတွက်လိုအပ်သော Documentations များကိုပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် (PDCA) Planning, Do,
- Check, Action အား နားလည်ရပြီးလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- စစ်ဆေးချက်နှင့်ပက်သက်ပြီးလိုအပ်ပါ Updated ဖြစ်သော နည်းလမ်းများအားရှာဖွေပြီး Procedure Updated များအားရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။
- ဌာနတွင်းစာရင်းစစ်နှင့်ပက်သက်သည့်နည်းလမ်းများနှင့်စနစ်များအားသိရှိရမည်။
- Innovation &၊ Data Analysis စိတ်ကူးစိတ်သန်းကောင်းပြီး၊ အချက်အလက်များကို သုံးသပ်နိုင်မှု ကောင်းရမည်။
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
