Job Requirements
- မည်သည့်ဘွဲ့ရမဆို လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
- အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာစကားကို ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ ပြောဆိုဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Computer typing, Excel, Word အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍ သို့မဟုတ် ကျောင်းဝင်ခွင့်ဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူများကို ဦးစားပေးစဉ်းစားမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၂ နှစ် ရှိရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ပညာရေးကဏ္ဍ (အထူးသဖြင့် နိုင်ငံတကာကျောင်းများ) တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ပညာရေးဆိုင်ရာ အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ် (Certificate) ရှိသူကို ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Job Descriptions
- ကျောင်းသားများ၏ University Admission Process ကို အစမှအဆုံးအထိ စနစ်တကျ စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး Application များကို အချိန်မီ တင်သွင်းနိုင်ရန် ကူညီပေးခြင်း။
- University များ၏ Admission Requirements, Entry Criteria နှင့် လိုအပ်သော Documents များကို ကျောင်းသားများအား ရှင်းလင်းစွာ လမ်းညွှန်အကြံပေးခြင်း။
- Partner Universities များနှင့် Professional ဆန်စွာ ဆက်သွယ်ညှိနှိုင်းပြီး Application Status၊ Offer Letter နှင့် Admission Updates များကို Follow-up ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။
- Student Visa Process တစ်လျှောက် လိုအပ်သော Documents များကို စစ်ဆေးပြင်ဆင်ပေးခြင်း၊ Visa Requirements နှင့် Application Procedures များကို လမ်းညွှန်ပေးပြီး Visa Application များကို အောင်မြင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန် ပံ့ပိုးကူညီခြင်း။
- Accommodation Arrangements နှင့် Pre-Departure Services များအတွက် ကျောင်းသားများအား အကြံပေးခြင်း၊ နေထိုင်ရေး၊ ခရီးထွက်ရန် ပြင်ဆင်မှုများနှင့် လိုအပ်သော အချက်အလက်များကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးခြင်း။
- ကျောင်းသားများ၏ မေးမြန်းမှုများကို ယဉ်ကျေးပျူငှာပြီး Professional ဆန်စွာ ဖြေကြားပေးကာ Admission၊ Visa နှင့် Study Abroad Process တစ်လျှောက် လိုအပ်သော အကူအညီများကို ပေးအပ်ခြင်း။
