Job Requirements
- ဘွဲ့ရ (သို့မဟုတ်) တက္ကသိုလ်အဆင့် အောင်မြင်ပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Production / Manufacturing ပိုင်းတွင် အနည်းဆုံး (၂) နှစ်နှင့်အထက် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရမည်။
- Production Process နှင့် Daily Production Planning ကို နားလည်ရမည်။
- Production ဝန်ထမ်းများကို Supervise ဦးဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Daily Production Target ပြည့်မီစေရန် စောင့်ကြည့်ကြီးကြပ်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Production Quality နှင့် Workplace Discipline များကို စောင့်ကြည့်နိုင်ရမည်။
- Production Records နှင့် Daily Reports များ ပြုစုနိုင်ရမည်။
- Communication & Team Management Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Problem-solving & Coordination Skills ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
- Work Pressure အောက်တွင် ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: One day per week
