Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Event Management, or related field.
  • At least 2 Years of experience  in school administration, student affairs, or event coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and effective in problem-solving under pressure.
  • Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project coordination.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
  • Leadership skills in managing staff and volunteers.

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Holidays : Sunday & Public Holidays
