Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture Design, Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in interior decoration, furniture, or project coordination.
- Project coordination နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ကြီးကြပ်မှုပိုင်းတွင် အခြေခံကောင်းများရှိပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Production process နှင့် installation method များကို နားလည်သဘောပေါက်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Good Teamwork, Communication, Problem-Solving, and Detail-Oriented
- Microsoft Office နှင့် အခြေခံ Project management tools များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
Job Description
- Interior Design နှင့် Home Decoration Project များ အစမှအဆုံး အောင်မြင်စေရန် ကူညီညှိနှိုင်းပေးခြင်း။
- Designer Client Contractor နှင့် Supplier များအကြား လိုအပ်သည်များကို ပေါင်းစပ်ဆက်သွယ်ပေးခြင်း။
- Project Schedule အတိုင်း ပြီးမြောက်စေရန် ပံ့ပိုးခြင်းနှင့် အခက်အခဲများကို အချိန်မီ တင်ပြဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။
- Site
- Progress ကို စောင့်ကြည့်စစ်ဆေးပြီး လုပ်ငန်းခွင် အရည်အသွေး (Quality) ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Project အတွက် လိုအပ်သော Material နှင့် Decoration item များ ဝယ်ယူမှုကို ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Budget နှင့် ကုန်ကျစရိတ်များကို စနစ်တကျ စိစစ်ထိန်းညှိခြင်း။
- Progress Report ပြုစုခြင်းနှင့် Project စာရွက်စာတမ်း (Documentation) များ သိမ်းဆည်းခြင်း။
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Saturday(alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
