Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. (MBA or professional marketing certificates are a plus)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Corporate Sales, specifically within the Consumer Electronics industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of consumer electronics, technical specifications, and market demands.
- Communication & Presentation: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to pitch ideas to corporate executives
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a sales team.
- Language & Tech: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or CRM software.
- Must be able to travel for business purposes as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new B2B clients, corporate accounts, distributors, and dealers to expand market share.
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve company monthly and annual sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients and key accounts through regular visits and excellent service.
- Deal Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare sales contracts, and finalize business agreements with corporate partners.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the B2B sales team to monitor their performance and drive sales growth.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing models in the consumer electronics market to provide feedback to management.
- Credit & Collection: Oversee payment collections and credit control for B2B accounts to ensure timely cash flow.
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
