Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. (MBA or professional marketing certificates are a plus)
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Corporate Sales, specifically within the Consumer Electronics industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing corporate accounts and achieving sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to negotiate commercial terms and close high-value business deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of consumer electronics, technical specifications, and market demands.
  • Communication & Presentation: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to pitch ideas to corporate executives
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a sales team.
  • Language & Tech: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or CRM software.
  • Must be able to travel for business purposes as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new B2B clients, corporate accounts, distributors, and dealers to expand market share.
  • Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve company monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate clients and key accounts through regular visits and excellent service.
  • Deal Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, prepare sales contracts, and finalize business agreements with corporate partners.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate the B2B sales team to monitor their performance and drive sales growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing models in the consumer electronics market to provide feedback to management.
  • Credit & Collection: Oversee payment collections and credit control for B2B accounts to ensure timely cash flow.

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
