Jon Descriptions
- ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ Financial Records, Cash, Inventory နှင့် အခြားစာရင်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာများကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
- Daily Sales, Purchase, Expense နှင့် Cash/Bank Transactions များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
- Warehouse Stock နှင့် Physical Inventory Count များကို စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
- Branch / Warehouse / Sales Team များ၏ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များနှင့် Company Policy များကိုက်ညီမှု ရှိ/မရှိ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း
- စာရင်းကွာဟမှု၊ အမှားအယွင်းနှင့် မသင်္ကာဖွယ် Transaction များကို ရှာဖွေဖော်ထုတ်ခြင်း
- Audit Findings များကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး သက်ဆိုင်ရာဌာနများသို့ Report တင်ပြခြင်း
- Internal Control ပိုမိုကောင်းမွန်စေရန် အကြံပြုချက်များ ပေးခြင်း
- Audit Report နှင့် Supporting Documents များ ပြင်ဆင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း
- Management မှ ပေးအပ်သော Audit Tasks များ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း
Job Requirements
- အသက် (၃၅) နှစ်အထက်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- ဘွဲ့ရရှိထားသူ / LCCI III ပြီးမြောက်ထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Audit / Accounting လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ 2–3 နှစ်ရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Accounting Principles နှင့် Internal Control အခြေခံများ နားလည်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Microsoft Excel ကျွမ်းကျင်ပြီး Accounting Software အသုံးပြုနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Stock, Cash နှင့် Financial Documents များကို စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Detail-oriented ဖြစ်ပြီး တာဝန်ယူမှုရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- Communication & Reporting Skills ကောင်းမွန်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
- လိုအပ်ပါက Branch / Warehouse များသို့ သွားရောက်စစ်ဆေးနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
