Job Descriptions
- B2B Sales Plan နှင့် Sales Strategy များ ရေးဆွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ခြင်း။
- Corporate Customer အသစ်များနှင့် Business Opportunity အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်း။
- Market Trend နှင့် Competitor Activity များ လေ့လာသုံးသပ်ခြင်း။
- Sales Forecast နှင့် Budget Plan များ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း။
- လက်ရှိ Customer များနှင့် ရေရှည်စီးပွားရေးဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
- Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို နားလည်ပြီး သင့်လျော်သော Product/Service Solution များ ပေးနိုင်ရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Price Negotiation, Contract နှင့် Agreement များ ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းခြင်း။
- Customer Satisfaction မြင့်မားစေရန် စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Sales Target များသတ်မှတ်ခြင်း။
- Sales Achievement ရရှိစေရန်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- လစဉ်/နှစ်စဉ် Sales Target များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် စီမံခြင်း။
- Sales Revenue, Customer Pipeline နှင့် Conversion Rate များ စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
- Weekly / Monthly Sales Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြခြင်း။
- Marketing, Finance, Operation, Customer Service ဌာနများနှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Order Process နှင့် Delivery Process များ ချောမွေ့စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
- Customer Payment နှင့် Outstanding Account များကို Finance နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းစောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း။
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated (or) Degree Holder in Sale & Marketing.
- Must have 3 years’ experience in the furniture field is more preferable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Internet & E-mail.
- Good management skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
